The double room was comfortable and had a nice bathroom with a great shower. the location is perfect, conveniently close to the Lewis Ginter Botanical Garden, which features a spectacular Christmas light show, as well as downtown Richmond.

I thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The room itself was amazingly comfortable and beautiful with great lighting and had essentials I needed. The location was awesome, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Waves Indoor Waterpark. The airport was 25 km away.

This place was horrible!! We checked in: our first room had a porno magazine, a syringe, used qtip in the drawers!! The beds were covered in hair and ashes! There were cig burnes all over, on the beds, walls, even the toilet seat and the mini fridge!!! We were moved to another room: exactly the same. Room number 3 still the same. Needless to say we left and got a refund!! Our stay at Holiday Inn was much better!!

THis place was horrible!!! After being moved around to 3 different rooms we decided to leave!! Hairs all over the sheets Cum stains on the blanket Porno, used syringe, used qtips in drawers Cigarette burns on the walls, mini fridge, sheets, carpet, and toilet seat Very unfriendly staff Stinky Do NOT stay here!!

The rooms offered are comfy and beautiful with the bathroom, white fresh sheets, great lighting.

I had a great experience at this hotel, as it was clean, the staff was super friendly, and I really enjoyed the room with the king-size bed during my stay.

Bed too soft; breakfast skimpy.

It said on the website that we would have a refrigerator & microwave however, there was neither.

I really liked this place and had a great stay during my long two-day road trip. the room included a safe box, central heating, and a work desk, which made my stay comfortable. the private bathroom was clean, and the hotel's setting was marvelous and awesome, right off I-95.

The bathrooms were very clean and day staff were very polite.

I had booked a double room with double beds and a microwave, refrigerator and sofa. I received a single room with double beds and no microwave, refrigerator or sofa. I arrived at 4am after 12 hours of being on the road driving in bad weather. The next day had business trip in Bon Air and was unable to address the issue. I also noticed when I arrived the front parking lot was full and had to park in the back and walk around to the front of the building sin the down pour of rain. It appeared the hotel may ove been over booked. The receptionist also thought I was only booked for one night and had to show her my e-mail verification.

This hotel features spacious units with a queen-size bed and includes a shower along with air freshener, making for a pleasant stay.

Manager handled my problem well and gave me refund.

Bathroom was never cleaned. Looked like remains of previous person shaving in the shower. Found out later that room was not supposed to be booked but put me in there anyway.

Check in was quick and easy. The staff was friendly.

The room was in serious disrepair. Smoke detector was missing with wires dangling from the ceiling, found it later in a drawer.
